Papers, accepted for this conference, will have double-blind peer review process. The proceedings will be published within an edited book through Hasan Kalyoncu University Press with ISSN. Additionally, papers that have been presented at the conference will also be considered for further development and possible publication in the Journal of Social Sciences of our Faculty as far as they meet the publishing criteria after required peer-review process. If invited to publish in the journal, authors will be expected to expand the discussion not to duplicate what has already been presented at the conference, including a change of title and abstract. Individual journal procedures will need to be followed and there is no guarantee of publication.

The conference will be hybrid that both physical participation with required COVID preventive measures and virtual presentation with English-Turkish translation are available. The participants who prefer virtual attendance need to ensure the functionality of their connection, software (ZOOM), sound accuracy. The participants must display themselves on the screen during presentations. Technical checks may be confirmed one day prior to the conference to prevent any probable deficiency. The presenters, other than keynote speakers, are expected for registration to the Conference with payment. The fee for the participation to the Conference is 200 TL for Turkish Citizens and 150 US dollars for the other nationalities. Fees must be deposited, and receipt must be attached to the submitted papers.
